- The reservation must be made within at least 3 days before the arrival; a credit card is required as a guarantee, either Visa or Master Card are accepted.
- The hotel does not demand a deposit for the stay.
- Cancellations must be done 3 day prior, avoid charges.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Kids are considered up to 12 years old.
- Maximum number of people allowed in rooms: 4 including children.
- Late check out is allowed with a charge of a 50% of the night stay fee.
In case of No Show, a one night stay is charged, and the reservation is no longer considered.
